  • All rates are for the Fayetteville, NC area and communities within about 20 miles; farther service comes with an additional travel fee.
  • Cancellation: same-day requests can be cancelled free before the service begins; scheduled services need 24 hours' notice, and long stays (3+ nights or recurring schedules) need 48 hours' — fees may apply inside those windows.
  • Late pet pickups are charged a fee equal to half the per-service rate listed for that service.
  • Listed rates are a guide — final pricing is set per circumstance and confirmed with you before payment.
  • Payment is due before the booking starts.
  • Dog services require a free meet & greet before the first booking.
  • Service blocks may apply on selected dates — you'll see live availability when booking.
  • Longer bookings and repeat visits qualify for bundled discounts — just ask us.
