When you book a service, message us through the chat, or apply to join the team, we may collect: your name, email, phone number, service address, pet details (name, breed, behavior, medical needs), entry instructions (keys, alarm codes), and any notes you share about your home or pets.

We may also receive limited technical data (IP address, browser type) when you use this website, used only to keep the site secure and functional.

We use what you share to:

• Schedule and confirm your bookings and send reminders.
• Provide the care you requested safely and competently.
• Communicate with you about your service and follow-ups.
• Process applications from prospective helpers.
• Improve our services and respond to your questions.

Details about your pets — temperament, routines, feeding, medical needs, veterinary contacts — are used solely to deliver safe care during visits. They are shared only with the helper assigned to your visit and are never sold or used for advertising.

We do not sell your personal or pet data. We share it only when necessary: with the assigned helper for your visit, our third-party background-check provider for team screenings, our booking/calendar tools to schedule visits, and when required by law. Each partner is bound to keep your data confidential.

Access to your information is limited to Sam and the helpers directly serving you. We store booking details behind authentication, use background checks for helpers entering homes, and never share keys or access codes outside of the visit they're needed for. Areas of our site that collect sensitive data use secure transmission.

We keep booking and pet-care records for as long as reasonably needed to provide ongoing service and meet any legal obligations. You can request deletion of your records at any time (we may retain minimal data required to close out an active service).

You'll receive transactional emails about your bookings. By booking, you agree to occasional service-related emails; you may opt out of marketing-type messages any time. We never rent or sell your email address. See our Terms of Service for full communication terms.

This site may use basic cookies and analytics to understand usage and improve it. These do not identify you personally and aren't used to build advertising profiles.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your pets. To make any of these requests — or to opt out of communications — just reach Sam directly.

This site and our services are not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
